After working with thousands of educators who've had these questions, we developed Student Articulation Profiles (SAPS) that can be used year after year. The long form SAP assists teachers to communicate the following in-depth:

  • Who the student is as a human.
  • Their strengths and support needs in regards to organization, independence, self-regulation, and social preferences. 
  • Concrete strategies for supporting classwork and academic progress.

The Long Form SAP contains checklists with corresponding notes sections for details.
